Senior Transportation

Transportation is available to seniors, age
60 and over and disabled persons of any age to medical appointments,
congregate meal sites, grocery shopping and other necessary
trips.
Agency vehicles are equipped with cellular phones for return
trip scheduling and emergency use.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am
to 4:00 pm. Transportation reservations must be received three
working days in advance and is subject to availability.
Services are provided at no cost but donations are accepted. |
Eligibility

Seniors age sixty (60) and over and disabled
persons are eligible to receive service. There are no income
requirements.
The program is available in Camden, Glynn, Liberty, and McIntosh
Counties.

to DFCS clients in Bullock, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty and
