Aging / Senior Citizen Programs and Services
  Congregate Meals - preparation and serving of nutritional noonday meals to senior participants 60+ at Agency Senoir Citizen / Multi-Purpose Centers in Camden, Liberty and McIntosh counties.
  Home Delivered Meals - preparation and delivery of nutritional noonday meals to eligible homebound seniors in Camden, Glynn, Liberyt, and McIntosh counties.
  Homemaker Services - provision of assistance with light housekeeping and errands, such as bill paying, grocery shopping, etc., for elderly homebound persons Camden, Glynn, Liberty, and McIntosh counties.
  Housing and Residential Support - Minor Repairs and Improved Accessibility designed to improve the safety, accessibility, and livability of the elderly and other low-income families through work performed on their individual homes.
  Nutrition Education for the Elderly - through participation in our congregate and home-delivered meal programs.
  Youth-at-Risk - services designed to enhance leadership skills and improve activity level in communities for youth who have the potential to experience adversities of life at a young age.

FEMA - Emergency Food and Shelter Program
  Funds allocated through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are utilized to provide one-time utility and or shelter assistance to eligible applicants in real emergency situations. Each county FEMA board (Bryan, Camden, Liberty, and McIntosh) determines participation and amount to be awarded, and payments are generally made directly to the applicable vendor

Energy Assistance Program
  Provides one-time assistance to defraying the cost of primary heating utilities/fuels, such as wood, coal, natural or LP gas, fuel, oil, or electricity. Homebound elderly are given first priority for application. This program operates in the counties of Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty and McIntosh counties.

Weatherization Program
  Provides weatherization for the homes of eiligible low-income homeowners, in Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty, Long and McIntosh counties. Designed to improve energy efficiency and standard of living.

Case Management
  Assessment, Counceling and referral to needed services.

Commodity Food Distribution
  Distribution of USDA surplus food when available.
